Documents have been signed, Escrow has closed, and our Loan has funded. As soon as the LA Recorder records on Monday we will be proud owners of a house in Long Beach.
I've spent any free time i've had this week setting up our utilities (LA municipal water, Charter cable, Socal Edison, etc) and now we just have to stress about moving day.
