As far as fantasy baseball goes, i'm going to go out on a limb and grab a young upshot second baseman i've been talking about all offseason. Howie Kendrick. Sure, it'll be my final round draft pick -- but the upside *could* be huge. Surprisingly, the article linked above also mentions Howie Kendrick as well "Young stars such as second baseman Howie Kendrick will be the key to the Angels' World Series run in 2007."

We'll see how it pans out.

my macbookpro died earlier this week and is visitng the elves at the apple store. i'm now working full time on my g4 800mhz tower which is usually exclusively used for backups and a functional file server.

i'm looking on the bright side here, and rather than using bootcamp to run windows, i'm going to install parallels when i get my puter back. I got a pretty smokin' deal at the local compusa which is going out of biz.

MLB season is starting. Should be a decent season for the Angels, and an even better season for the Dodgers. I've already got XM tuned to MLB Exhibiton games (Dodgers currently playing the Nats).

This weekend i'll splurge buying Angel and Dodger tix for the season. For those who are curious, here's what we're planning to buy:
